By accessing, using or making purchases on this site, you agree to be bound by and accept the following terms and conditions. By Contracting the services of Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning you also agree to be bound by and accept the following terms and conditions

Australian Customers

The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price, including GST (if applicable) for the product itself but does not include postage/delivery charges which will be dependent on the delivery destination. Payment terms are that invoices are due to be paid within 1 Business Day unless agree prior.

Your Accounts

To purchase from this website you must establish an account on this website.

In dealing with Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning we may offer services such as assembly and custom designed product packages or On-Site services including staff and or contractors to Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning.
At the discretion of Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning we may offer an account payment period of no more than 1 day..

It is your responsibility to provide your true and correct name, email address, delivery address, billing address and telephone number and to keep these up to date. Any incorrect information provided may lead to a delay in delivery of the product/s ordered by you or non-delivery of the product and or services.

Overdue Accounts

Note: Overdue fees apply to unpaid accounts that fall past the due payment date.

1. Accounts that remain unpaid for goods and or services beyond 30 days will incur an account keeping fee of $30 + GST.
2. Accounts that remain unpaid past 60 days will incur an addition overdue account keeping fee of $60 + GST.
3. Beyond 60 days we will take action to recover your unpaid account fees and will also seek reasonable interest as well as reasonable recovery fees including contacting a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY.
4. Your account will remain ongoing until paid in full including our fees and any fees incurred by Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning in the recovery process.
5. Recovery fees may include third party fees, QCAT Fees and other fees not mentioned here.
6. Additionally, a $500 + GST recovery fee will also be added to your account if recovery action is instigated.

By Purchasing from Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning and or contracting the services of Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning you agree to pay fees as outlined in this section.


When you register your personal details to establish an account or to place an order, a secure server is used. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts the information you send through this website. We make no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of that encryption and accept no responsibility for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.

Contract of Sale

These terms together with your order constitute the entire contract between you and us for the supply of products or services. No other terms will apply except where terms may be implied by law. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

By contracting Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning services or entering into a contract of sale with Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning, you acknowledge and agree any liability held by Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning will be limited to the total value of the contract of sale.

Ordering Products On-Line

You can place an order only by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

When you place an order with us you have made an offer to purchase the product you have chosen and when we issue a tax invoice to you we have accepted your offer. Both offer and acceptance are based on these terms and conditions and are subject to any clause allowing for the cancellation of an order before property passes to you.

We will issue you with an Order Number by email after we have received your offer to purchase. We will notify you when we process your order by sending you an Order Confirmation and tax invoice via email. In order to prevent credit card or payment fraud your offer can only be accepted by us after it has passed our validation procedures.

We retain discretion to cancel orders if our processes identify any attempt at fraud or for any other legitimate reason.

If for any reason we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone to determine your requirements for the reimbursement of money paid.


We only accept payment through Direct Deposit /Funds Transfer, CASH or PayPal

Payment will not be processed until we have received all relevant information required for processing to complete the payment process. The processing of payment for Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin until the next working day.

When you checkout from the product order screen you will be directed to the secure PayPal site to make your payment.


You will be provided with an estimated delivery time when you checkout from placing your order. The estimated delivery times are in working days Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Normal delivery is within 2 to 10 working days from the date of payment of your order.

We encourage you to visit the "My Account" section on our website to view the delivery status of your product. If your product has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.


All products sold and supplied by Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning are covered by a 12 months warranty from sale date only. Any advertised extended warranty periods beyond 12 months are the manufacturers voluntary warranty periods, and they should be contacted directly beyond 12 months. Where possible Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning will assist with the warranty process.

All products sold by Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning have a "dead on arrival" (DOA) warranty. This means that if the product is damaged during delivery we must be contacted within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods and a claim is made within 31 days from the delivery date, Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning will replace or repair the product at our discretion and our cost. If Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning has no further stock of the item and it cannot be repaired Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning will replace it with a similar product or offer you a full refund.

No warranties will be processed for goods and or services including onsite warranty claims for goods and or services, if your account is in arrears. Your account must be in good order before we will assist with processing your warranty claim.

Manufacturers Voluntary Warranty

Products supplied by Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning may be covered by a Manufacturers Voluntary Warranty. In some circumstances a Manufacturers Voluntary Warranty will extend the normal 12 months warranty period. We recommend in the first instance to contact the manufacturer. The terms and conditions of such warranties are beyond our control and it is your choice whether to use such warranties. Where possible the time of such warranty will be shown on our website.

For some products it may be more efficient for you to contact the manufacturer rather than us. A manufacturers warranty does not detract from your statutory rights.


Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning does not provide a refund, credit or exchange if you have:

Damaged the product by using it in a way it was not meant to be used,
had a defect drawn to your attention before you purchased the product, for example, when products are clearly labelled as seconds or faulty,
You do not notify us within seven (7) days after delivery

Making a Claim

To make a claim you must provide us with a copy of your invoice or similar proof that the item was purchased from us describe accurately the problem you have encountered and provide evidence (e.g. a photograph) to support your claim state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit

Return of Product for Warranty Claim

Where a claim has been approved, the product must be returned to us within 30 calendar days from the approval date. Where possible, the product must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was delivered with the product.

We reserve the right to test any returned product, and to ask you to demonstrate that the problem with the product was not your fault. After the product has been returned a final decision on granting the claim will be made by Customer Services.

Where it is agreed that the claim is valid a replacement or repaired product will be returned to you at our expense.
Products returned under warranty will be tested by Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning and if deemed to not be faulty. the expense for the return of the product to you will be charged as well as a $30.00 handling and administration fee, or deducted from any refund that is agreed to.

General Rules

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within three (3) days of delivery notify Keith Electrical and Air Conditioning of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. If the Buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage. In the case of the incorrect goods being purchased there will be a 10% restocking fee.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. Please ensure you make your selections carefully.

Unopened Merchandise
If a return has been approved you may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Some products include free shipping, so if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Opened Merchandise
Opened products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Some products include free shipping, so if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging.

There are no returns allowed for products which have been specially ordered for you and drop shipped by the manufacturer. These items are not routinely stocked at our warehouse and therefore cannot be returned.
An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard returns policy.
You must take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for a repair or return of the damaged goods. Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately.

On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, notate "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is less of a hassle.
Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) Call Us Immediately so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you.

Defective Products

We encourage you to test your product within three (3) days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems. If you think your product is defective, don't worry. In most cases, it's a simple issue that can be resolved over the phone. You are also welcome to contact the manufacturer's customer service departments. They have expert technicians to help solve your issue. Please have your model number and serial number available for fastest service.
